Internet Investigation

1. Research and come up with a list of machines that function like the
teeth and stomach.
Look back at the function of the teeth and stomach to help you get started.
For each example of a machine, tell how it could be an analogy for these
body parts.

2. Research ulcers on the Internet or in the library. Write a paragraph about what you find out. How do you think ulcers would affect how your body digests food?
