Are They All Created Equal? |
Think back on the pictures of cells your teacher showed you and the slides you observed in an earlier lesson. Look at the quick draw you made of some of these cells. |

Was there anything unique about the different cells? Did they all look exactly alike? |

Discuss with you group some possible reasons why these cells might have looked different. |
|
|
Now look at the picture your teacher will show you of several different types of cells. |
|
What are the similarities and differences? |
|
Write them in the Venn Diagram like the one below.

Share your ideas with the whole class. |
|
Remember you may need to defend your ideas. Be sure that everyone in your group understands even if all do not agree. |
